Golf Clubs near London

Find your nearest golf course or club or golf pro in or around London. Actually this is really great way to see all the golf courses around London at a glance. You will see distances and directions from you location and of course the all-important telephone number to check green fees and whether you can play when you want to play. Whenever I want to play it seems to be a Medal Day!

Tip! If you would like a cheap round of golf ask whether they do a Twilight rate. There is really nothing nicer than 9 holes after work - at half price!

Putt In The Park

E Churchfield Rd, London W3 7LL, UK – 020 8743 8054

Fantastic place to pass a few hours. Great wood fired pizza restaurant, highly recommended. Parking in the area is a little problem as, you only get 1 hour outsize the park. We didn't find if there was a car park. Beautiful park good fir children. Mini golf one of the best around, clean and reasonably tough. Great fun.

Putt in the park offers great service for a decent price. They have 4 beers on draft and a selection of wines for ladies as well as juice boxs and soft drinks for the lil ones. Weekends get busy here as families like to take the kids there for a bit of mini golf, which is fun for both kids and the kids in us adults. Its a great place to go to when the sun is out and want a change.

Queen's Park

Queens Park Lodge, Harvist Rd, London NW6 6SG, UK – 020 8969 5661

It's a good place for picnic. The park has everything which can entertain children... paddling pool, sand pit, pets and animals, play area. This park also has a cafe wherein parents can enjoy a cup of coffee whilst their children are busy playing. The thing which I did not like about the park is it's not as clean as the other parks in London. There are more beautiful and clean parks. This park is not maintained as the grass was not cut. There was no such variety of flowers to beautify the location. Overall we had a nice picnic over there. My daughter enjoyed in the paddling pool and there was a magic show as well. It was pretty good.

Queen's Park is the Swiss Army knife of parks due to the array of families and young professionals out in force. The park is good for a meander away from the busy main road, or as a running track that can change each lap you complete. There are excellent facilities for the children, and a separate gated garden for those who wish for a little extra solitude amongst more ornate surroundings.

Kathmandu Kensington

168-170 Kensington High St, Kensington, London W8 7RG, UK – 020 7937 9842

This Kathmandu is especially good for luggage and travel storage products (see the basement floor). Their range is great if you're going on a trip and need options to allow you to travel compactly. Their luggage and bag options are well designed compared to their competitors, and are reasonably priced.

Very welcoming and helpful staff who knew what they were talking about. Unluckily there is not that big variety of items, but we managed to find all that we needed.

PUMA Store

Westfield Shopping Centre, Ariel Way, Shepherd's Bush, London W12 7GD, UK – 020 8749 1668

Good service, quite helpful and thoughtful which made my experience quite nice! Went and fetched packaged sizes for my items so i did not hve to take from the rail.

Very quiet yet an amazing atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff as well amazing products.

Holland Park Golf School

Holland Park, Ilchester Pl, Kensington, London W8 6LU, UK – 07766 105594

I first took lessons with Sean 30 years ago as a beginner before leaving London. coming back to him recently I have found that his teaching has been very helpful in targeting and curing the bad habits I have picked up over the years. he is a great teacher, who can immediately identify where the problems lie, very sympathetic and encouraging, and I would highly recommend him.

At the beginning of the summer I applied for 6 private lessons and just 2 weeks ago I added other 12 because I am very happy with the improvement of my golf and with this special Coach Sean! I really recommend this school to people who wish to improve or wish to start this amazing sport.
